MOBIA tours are available from Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00am-4:00pm

Reservations are required; please schedule your visit at least three weeks in advance. The Museum is fully accessible and welcomes visitors of all needs and abilities.

School Tours — Pre-K through 12th Grade

Students explore works of art with experienced museum educators through careful looking and discussion. Tours can be tailored to make specific curriculum connections and meet teachers’ needs.

60-minute tour with sketching: $100 for up to 30 students

*Programs free for NYC DOE schools with refundable deposit

 

Multisession Partnerships

The Museum collaborates with schools, community centers, universities, and adult education centers to offer multisession programs. Partnerships can include tours, art-making workshops, professional development for educators, as well as off-site visits.

 

Summer Youth Programs

Available Mondays through Sundays in July and August, 2014

Mondays: 10:00am-1:00pm
Tuesday-Sunday: 10:00am-4:00pm

Bring your summer camp or youth group to MOBIA for a fun, hands-on exploration of the world of biblical art! After exploring interesting works of art on view in the Museum through discussion and activities, campers will create their own artworks to take home. Workshops are appropriate for Pre-K through 12th grade students and can be tailored to meet the needs and interests of each group.

Please note that for grades K-5, groups may not be larger than 20 students.
